Most of the manuscripts in the list are associated with other manuscripts through the writing of titles and pressmarks or the names of owners and donors or through binding leaves: the titles and pressmarks of Ottob. lat. 193, 200, 2071 are probably in the same hand; the name of owner or donor is in large capitals at the foot of the first leaf of text in Ottob. lat. 116, 200, 202, 211, 229, 326, 342, 427, 468; a Digestum uetus in 2 cols of 59 lines was used as flyleaves in Cambridge, Pembroke College 121 and Ottob. lat. 342; a Digestum nouum in 2 cols of 39 lines was used as flyleaves in Pembroke College 127, Ottob. lat. 188 and 202; a Digestum nouum in 2 cols of 48 lines was used as flyleaves in Ottob. lat. 196, 323, 427, 612, 1603, 1764; uniform labels bearing title and pressmark, no doubt once on the old covers, have been preserved inside Ottob. lat. 1603 and 1764 after rebinding.
