Author/Title: Isidorus, etc.
Type of evidence: e: evidence from an ex-libris inscription or note of gift to an institution
Notes on evidence:

' . . . minorum Babwell'' (foot of fol. 1r, erased, s. xiv). Below it in the same hand is: 'Precium 8 s' et dixit in vita sua quod communitas'; followed by an erasure, over which is written in a 15th-cent. hand: 'fratrum minorum cantebr' haberet ex eius collatione de licentia rev. fratris T. Radnor ministri'. Probably the same 15th-c. hand writes at top of fol. 1r: 'fratris Thome Trumpyton sacre theologie doctoris'. A partially erased inscription on fol. 86v (end of the original volume), s. xiv, seems to read: 'de alm[ariis fratrum de] Babwell' de [?dono] fratr[is? . .] de Creyk''.

The rest of the volume is earlier and may not have been bound together in the middle ages: witness the chain or clasp marks on fol. 87.
