Notes on evidence:

Cotton Otho B.xi was originally one volume with BL MSS Add. 34652 fol. 2 + Cotton Otho B.x fols. 55, 58 & 62. Three leaves of Cotton Otho B.xi bound up wrongly after the fire of 1731. Before the fire, the book contained an ex libris for Southwick, only part of which is now visible. Seen there by Leland.

The Bede is in the same script as the Parker Chronicle (Cambridge, Corpus Christi College, 173) for the years 924–55, which was at Winchester. The Chronicle is a copy of the Parker Chronicle to the year 1001.
