Grammatica, etc. — Worcester, Worcestershire. Benedictine cathedral priory of St Mary the Virgin.

Provenance: Worcester, Worcestershire. Benedictine cathedral priory of St Mary the Virgin.
Location: British Library, London
Shelfmark: Royal 15 B.iv
Author/Title: Grammatica, etc.
Type of evidence: inferred evidence
Notes on evidence:

Identical with the Worcester MS. described by Bernard, Catalogus, 2. 169 (Quarto 25), and by Young (s. xvii in.) no. 218, who notes "Inscribitur 'Leges Bealwardi imperf." (on the label it could be mistaken for this). This title (on a label) refers to the Leges Eadwardi, now missing. The old label is pasted to fol. i recto: it is partly legible: "[...]dam epistole Petri blesensis | vita sancte [??]| Multe compilaciones'| Leges Eadwardi | ... .aa.xi".
