A note on Mr Adam the Carthusian (Adam de Dryburgh) at fol. 167r, 'deo gracias quod Io. Mede'; in the earlier portion of the volume after the last words of some notes on the C. of Basle, in the same hand is written 'quod W. Edem v[erso] n[omine]' E. M. Thompson, Carth. Order, p. 333.

W. Mede was monk of Sheen.
