Notes on evidence:

'Explicit serium senectutis . . . per Fratrum Bartholomeum Texerii ordinis predicatorum. Degentem pro eo tempore Brechonie eiusdem ordinis conuentu' (fol. 61v, end of art. 1).

Arts 1, 2 and first part of 3 are admirably written in one hand. Art. 3 is finished off by another, and has a colophon, probably written by the scribe Bartholomew, which ends '. . . quod B et M'.
