Belonged to Rochester Priory (anathema on fol. 1r) 'per Benedictum episcopum' (this is in a later hand) [1215–1226]. In the hand of T. Wybarn are the verses 'Qui servare libris ...'.

'Iste liber ligatus erat Oxonii in Catstrete ad instantiam reverendi domini Thome Wybarun in s. theol. bacalarii monachi Roffensis a. d. 1467.'
