Generally known as 'Liber de Antiquis Legibus', but a 15th-cent. note inside its front cover states, 'Iste liber intitulatur de aqua Tamisie'; it is so-called in the list of books in the custody of the Corporation, c. 1470.

The title 'Liber de antiquis legibus' is s. xvi, at top of fol. i verso (flyleaf).
