At top of fol. 2r: 'Hic est liber ecclesie Beate Thome martiris de liesnes. quem qui ei abstulerit aut illi super eo fraudem fecerit nisi eidem ecclesie satisfecerit plene anathema sit maranatha'.

At bottom of flyleaf, fol. 1r: 'Lyesn. pro vita sancti Brandani mutuato a domino priore sancte trinitatis.' MRJ suggests that this was Petrus Londiniensis, who used the life of St Brendan in his De visionibus (Lambeth Palace, MS 51).
