Notes on evidence: | Lambeth Palace 411 and 437 fols. 43–72 formed one volume – the 17th-cent. pressmark of both MSS. is "H. 9" –, together with a now missing "Fructus siue pensiones quas Hibernia tenebatur soluere Monasterio Lanthoniae" (= art. 1). The description in Oxford, Bodl., Tanner 268 and 274 is: "1 Fructus siue pensiones quas Hibernia tenebatur soluere Monasterio Lanthoniæ 2 Causæ siue casus aliquot in foro ecclesiastico. 3 D. Bernardus de consideratione.
