Spycer of Cirencester to the monastery of Heyles, 26 April 1533 (fol. 248v): "orate pro anima magistri Willelmi Neel olim vicarii de Blokley possessoris huius libri et pro anima Hugonis Noryse siue Spycer de Cyrettur executoris eiusdem qui hunc librum dedit huic monasterio de Heyles xxvi die mensis aprilis anno domini millesimo quingentesimo tricesimo tercio" (fol. 248v; inscr. in a good textura).
