Misc. c.52, fols. 216r–231v is stated to be "ex MS. codice monachorum Dunelmensium qui nunc habetur in Bibliotheca D. Augustino Linselli collato cum altero monasterii S. Mariæ de Gisseburn in Bibliotheca Cottoniana". The Cotton MS. can only be Vit. E.i, now partly burnt. Vit. E.vii, fols. 1, 2, is a misplaced fragment of Vit. E.i. Five small fragments are kept as Cotton Misc. Burnt Fragments, Bundle I (12). |
