Miles Sallay became abbot of Eynsham in [?], held the abbey in commendam with Llandaft from 1500 until his death in 1516. This book is part of a small collection supposed to have belonged to the Kalendars' Gild of Bristol (Trans. Bristol & Glos. Archaeol. Soc. 31 (1908), pp. 88–89).
