Notes on evidence:

At the end (fols. 54v, 55r) in a later 12th-cent. hand and on 2 sheets of vellum of a diff. quality is a long list of relics headed: "Hec sunt nomina sanctarum reliquiarum. que habentur [Excestrie in] monasterio sancte Marie [et Sancti Petri] quarum maximam partem gloriosissimus et victoriosissimus [rex Athelstanus] eiusdem scilicet [primus fundator] illuc dedit". The words originally written within the bracketed spaces have been totally erased, and have been conjecturally restored. The list is almost identical with that of the relics given by Athelstan to the monastery founded by him at Exeter, contained, in A-S and Latin, in Bodl. Auct. D.2.16 and pr. Monasticon 2, p. 528, and in Latin in the Leofric Missal (Bodl. 579).
