Notes on evidence:

In a binding by Andrew Lisley, who was employed at the college in 1521.

The manuscript forms a set with Eton MSS 14 and 16. They carry contents-lists produced for William Horman (d. 1535), fellow of Eton. Each book has suffered from damp at beginning and end.
