In a binding by Andrew Lisley, who was employed at the college in 1521.

The manuscript forms a set with Eton MSS 16 and 19. They carry contents-lists produced for William Horman (d. 1535), fellow of Eton. Each book has suffered from damp at beginning and end, which perhaps explains why tertio folio readings were chosen for the inventory (SC229.97).
