On last leaf of part I (fol. 78v) reversed: 'liber Iohannnis Wesynton. accomodatus petro Radlee.'

On fol. 79r (part II), long contemporary inscription: 'Liber Sancti Cuthberti ex dono Bertrami de Midelton prioris Dunelm. ... [lent for his lifetime to Bertram's chaplain Roger, and then] reddatur armariolo Dunelm''.

At end, erased: 'franciscus [?] [...]s[...]ton' (s. xvi).
